How to turn a bad day upside down

Get it? Because then it’s rightside up and happy and sun-shiny.

Ok, here’s how you do it:

  • Listen to your absolute favorite music. Seriously, it works every time. Put your ear buds in, and crank up the volume! (My personal go-tos are The Black Keys, Pink, needtobreathe, any 80s mix and Kelly Clarkson’s angry album.)
  • Have therapy sessions with friends/coworkers/acquaintances/strangers/actual therapists. Ahhh, talking feels so good.
  • Skip the nightly exercise routine. Go get Chinese food instead. You’ll thank yourself later.

And there you have it, the recipe to turning a craptastic day into a fantastic day.
